Send back to the authorised dealer at Mid Valley , with the 7-days waranty period , I been told is software issue and they upload the software but still the same problem happen. They advise me need to send back Samsung Service Center and to get new phone replacement.
The next day , i went to the Lowyat service centre and they my phone is over waranty period , the 8th day . Is this the right ? I filed my claim within the 7-days waranty period .
After the 40mins checking and inspecting , the said it is due to PCB and LED issue and need to repair which requires 2-4weeks. I demand for phone replacement and they said no . Is this the right treatment ???????????
